Join us for a 2 hour workshop to explore what flower essences might have to show you! We’ll sit with community seen & unseen to learn about the history of flower essences, discuss different methods of crafting an essence, & get to know our plant kin a bit more, together.

Led by myself (hi, it’s Caroline!) & rooted in my land + ancestral folklore rooted herbalism practices. A variety of flowers/herbs will be on hand for you to commune with.

If there are any plants you’d like to have with you, feel free to bring those along.

All materials will be provided. Glycerin & alcohol will be on-hand for preserving your essence. If you have a cherished crystal/glass vessel that can hold a bit of water, you’re welcome to bring that along as well. Familiar (to you) essence making materials can be preferable.

A 90 minute morning class with gentle, intuitive movement crafted with perinatal & general body care in mind.

Bring your own mug/sacred vessel, journal, & pen to engage in some creative exercises & imbibe in our herbal teas for fertility, prenatal, & postpartum nourishment.

All bodies + little ones welcome. Wear your babe(s), bring your older child(ren), and/or bring a bouncer/seat for your littles.

Sliding scale & donation based. $15-25 suggested.
