my ROOTS
I began learning about Reproductive Health & Justice in my early twenties. As an early childhood professional & full spectrum caregiver, I offered something akin to doula care long before I completed my formal training with Carriage House Birth. Now, I offer my services as a Certified Birth Doula & midwife’s assistant here on the Central Coast. This work fulfills me like no other — I am wholly committed to supporting growing families in birthing however they wish with attuned care, informed guidance, and keen boundary keeping.
